1.1 “Supplier” means TM Maintenance Services Ltd.

10.1 Contracts run for agreed minimum term
10.2 Early termination = 50% of remaining contract value payable immediately
10.3 Afer minimum term: 90 days written notice required
10.4 Supplier may terminate immediately if:
11.1 Works will be carried out with reasonable skill and care.
11.2 No warranty applies to:
12.1 Total liability is limited to the value of the contract.
12.2 The Supplier is not liable for:
13.1 The Supplier maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
13.2 Evidence can be provided upon request.
The Supplier is not liable for events beyond its control including:

16.1 Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
